Practitioner Spotlight Series
Welcome to the first post in our Practitioner Spotlight Series!
I wanted to create this series to share the wonderful healing that fellow practitioners offer and to celebrate them and all that they do. I have a personal connection with everyone featured in this series and I am so grateful to them for their help, guidance, kindness and support on my own healing journey.
Please reach out to anyone you feel a connection with or guided to do so as you explore these posts and our series. Healing comes in many different ways and we can sometimes think of our own journeys like a jigsaw puzzle, with different people and/or methodologies helping with different pieces at different times.
It feels very special to share this first post with you.
Thank you Lisa for everything!
Love

Introducing:
Lisa Fellowes
1. Hi Lisa! Please could you tell us a little bit about you and what you do?
Hello! I'm Lisa, an intuitive energy healing facilitator living in the gorgeous countryside with my family, which is about as good as life gets!
I work with clients all over the world, helping them uncover and release the emotional, energetic and subconscious blocks that have been quietly getting in the way of their health, their relationships, their sense of self, or simply their ability to move forward and feel like themselves again. I use a blend of modalities including The Emotion Code®, The Body Code®, The Belief Code by Dr Bradley Nelson™, Sacred Activations and Medical Intuitive practices, but more than any particular technique, what I bring to every session is presence and intuition.
I genuinely believe that when we address the root cause of something rather than the surface symptoms, real transformation becomes possible, and I've seen that happen in the most beautiful and sometimes quite surprising ways.
2. What led you to train as a Discover Healing and Sacred Activations practitioner?
I've been fascinated by the connection between emotions, beliefs, energy and physical wellbeing for as long as I can remember, and over the years I kept noticing how many people were carrying unresolved experiences and patterns that were quietly shaping their lives, often without them realising it at all.
When I came across Discover Healing's work, it really resonated with me and I knew straight away that I had to train in this methodology. I loved that it offered a gentle, effective way to identify and release trapped emotions and subconscious patterns without having to endlessly revisit painful memories, and the results I experienced personally, and then witnessed in clients, were genuinely extraordinary.
Sacred Activations arrived in my life at exactly the right moment, as things tend to when you're on this path! I was immediately drawn to the way it works with higher frequencies and consciousness to create shifts at such a deep energetic level, and it complements the Discover Healing work beautifully, allowing me to support clients in even more profound ways. The shifts I have seen in myself have been truly remarkable and I really love working with these powerful energy transmissions for my clients.
Both felt completely aligned with what I was here to do, which is to help people heal, grow and get back to who they actually are, underneath all the layers life has added along the way.
3. How can the healing you offer help?
Many of the people who find me are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or quietly disconnected from themselves. They've often already tried a lot of things; therapy, coaching, other healing modalities, and while those may well have helped in some ways, there's still something that hasn't quite shifted, something they can feel but can't always name.
The work I offer helps uncover and release the trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, energetic imbalances and subconscious patterns that sit underneath emotional struggles, physical symptoms, relationship difficulties, anxiety, low confidence or those frustrating repeating life patterns.
It's also particularly resonant for people who are spiritually aware or in the process of uncovering their own healing gifts, as sometimes the biggest blocks are the ones we carry around our own sensitivity, trust and intuition.
When these things are cleared, clients often describe feeling a new sense of emotional freedom, greater clarity, more ease in their body and a deeper connection to their own inner wisdom.
Something I feel strongly about is that no one who comes to me needs fixing. The ability to heal is innate in all of us, the body and mind already know how, and what we're doing together is simply creating the right conditions for that to happen.
4. What happens during a session with you?
The first thing I focus on is making sure clients feel safe, comfortable and able to simply be themselves, which matters enormously to me and sets the tone for everything that follows.
Most sessions take place online, so clients can be curled up at home in their favourite spot, which honestly suits this kind of work rather beautifully. I also work remotely by email with young children and animals, which works wonderfully well and never fails to surprise people when I mention it! We begin with a relaxed conversation about what's been going on and what they'd like support with, and from there I use muscle testing and the relevant healing modalities to connect with their subconscious mind and gently identify what's ready to be released, whether that's trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, energetic imbalances or something deeper still.
One thing clients often tell me they really appreciate is that they don't need to relive difficult experiences or share every detail of their past. We simply work with what their system is ready to bring forward, because their subconscious always knows, even when they don't.
Every session is genuinely unique because every person is, and my role is to guide the process, trust what comes through and hold a space where healing can unfold naturally.
5. What do you enjoy most about being a Discover Healing and Sacred Activations practitioner?
Witnessing the moment someone releases something they've been carrying for years, sometimes for most of their life, is something I never get tired of. It's a genuine privilege every single time.
I love seeing clients reconnect with themselves, gaining new perspectives and realising they're far less stuck than they believed, and beginning to trust their own inner wisdom again. The shifts can be dramatic or beautifully subtle, but both can be genuinely life-changing.
I worked with a client in later life who came to me because of a long-standing physical complaint. As we followed the thread, we discovered that the root of it wasn't where they expected it to be at all. Instead, it led back to an experience from very early childhood that had remained stored in the body for decades. Releasing that was transformational, both physically and emotionally, and it's a beautiful reminder of how interconnected the body, mind and emotions really are.
Something that genuinely moves me is how many clients, after working together, have gone on to uncover healing gifts of their own, sometimes ones they never had any idea were there. Quite a few have discovered intuitive gifts that have opened up completely new paths for them, and it feels to me as though the healing doesn't just clear what was in the way but can also reveal what was always there, waiting quietly.
I feel so privileged to work with people who are sensitive, spiritually aware and often in the process of awakening to their own gifts, because there's something very special about holding space for someone who is not just healing but beginning to recognise the healer in themselves.
Every session reminds me of how deeply resilient people are, and how powerful healing becomes when the conditions are right and the space feels truly safe. I never take that lightly.
