Natural Foundation: Jan Urbanc
At the European Discover Healing Summit in Munich in July, I was lucky enough to meet the musician Jan Urbanc who created this beautiful song, Natural Foundation. Jan is the husband of my mentor, Inga, who so skilfully and kindly guided me through my training as a Discover Healing practitioner.
I love how this song captures so beautifully how the Emotion, Heart, Body and Belief Codes help our bodies to return to their natural foundation; their innate state of balance and flow, enabling us to live our lives as our highest vibrational selves, with love, light and joy in our hearts.
I find Jan’s lyrics so moving; they really connect with me on a deep level. I hope that you enjoy them too.
