Meet Emma
Hello, Welcome to From the Heart. I am so grateful you are here.
From the Heart was born from a desire to help others in the same way that I was helped in my recovery from life-changing trauma.
I first discovered The Emotion Code® in October 2024, three years into recovery from my daughter's birth. Traditional western medical approaches saved my life during her birth and throughout her first year but struggled to help me to truly heal and recover.
After my first Emotion Code session I turned a huge corner, physically and emotionally. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt and knew that I had to learn more.
Several years, and hundreds of sessions for others later, I am truly so grateful and so privileged to be able to pass this beautiful healing through.
I am a linguist (my degree is in French and Italian) and to me connecting with the body and releasing its priority imbalances in this way is like talking another language. Each of our bodies knows exactly what we need to do to heal from any given set of symptoms and it is an honour to listen to them and help.
I warmly invite you to book a Discovery Call to find out more and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Love, Emma x
‘One of the things that I love most about The Emotion Code®, The Heart Code, The Body Code® and The Belief Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson™ is that we do not need to relive or revisit any trauma during a session; our bodies simply guide us to what they would like to clear, without words.
Each release is like lifting a little weight from the body and the balance of our body's natural, innate healing flow that they help to restore is so beautiful.’
