The Heart Code

What is The Heart Code?

What is a heart-wall? Or a heart-wall trapped emotion? How can releasing them help?

Welcome to our mini guide.

The Heart Code guides us to release deeper trapped emotions that have been protecting our hearts like little lego bricks in a wall.

If we go through a deeply distressing or traumatic event, such as the loss of a loved one, or the breakup of a relationship, each trapped emotion in the heart-wall helps to keep our heart, the deepest core of our being, safe.

Each trapped emotion in the heart-wall helps to shield our heart from the full extent of the pain and grief it might otherwise feel. They help to protect it from breaking.

At the time this can be very helpful.

Our bodies are very intelligent and know what they need to do to protect themselves.

We can liken it to putting up an umbrella to keep us dry from the rain, or wearing headphones to protect our ears from a very loud noise.

At the time, both of these things can be helpful. They protect us from how overwhelming the full extent of the experience might be without them in place.

If we keep our umbrella up however when the rain has stopped, we might miss the feel of sunshine on our face, or prevent ourselves from seeing the full beauty of the world around us.

If we leave our headphones on when the loud noise has passed we might miss the melody of birdsong, laughter or our favourite song.

Leaving our heart-walls in place when we no longer need them can be like this.

They can prevent us from giving and receiving love as we wish to, from experiencing the full beauty of our lives and the world we live in and from truly connecting with ourselves, our loved ones and everyone around us.

When we gently release our heart-walls, we can see beautiful shifts in all areas of life.

Symptoms we’ve been experiencing (physical, mental, emotional or otherwise) can lift as the heart is no longer bathed in negative energy.

We open ourselves up to love again, to connection, to joy, to peace, to light.

We free our hearts and start to live as our highest vibrational selves, welcoming the unconditional love, peace and joy this brings.

Our creativity can start to flow again and we can find joy and connection in places we hadn’t even realised it was missing.

What types of heart-wall trapped emotions can we find?

Heart-wall trapped emotions can be our own, linked directly to our own life experiences from birth to the age we are now.

They can also be inherited, absorbed, shared, originate from preconception or trapped prenatally if our mum experienced a particularly distressing, stressful or sad event whilst pregnant with us.

During our sessions, we hold space gently and compassionately and only ever release what the body guides us to.

What happens during a session?

We create a gentle connection and acknowledge and respect each heart-wall trapped emotion as it releases.
Each release helps the body to restore its natural, innate healing flow and state of equilibrium and balance.

Who do you work with?

We work with human and animal clients. Our sessions take place remotely via video call, telephone call or email.

Each Heart Code session lasts approximately 30 minutes and we can usually release between 10-12 heart-wall trapped emotions per session.
The number of Heart Code sessions each person or animal needs to totally release their heart-wall depends on their individual experiences. Most people release their heart-walls in 3-5 sessions, but it can be more or less.
